Project Management Core Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Oversight
Monitor daily project progress, identify impediments, and ensure milestone adherence. Facilitate risk mitigation and maintain project artifacts in client SharePoint environment. - Financial Management
Track budget consumption, validate team time reporting, and initiate Project Change Requests at 80% budget thresholds. Coordinate with sponsors on financial status and forecasting. - Stakeholder Engagement
Conduct regular client meetings, manage vendor relationships, and maintain stakeholder communication matrices. Document decisions and distribute meeting notes through integrated OneNote workflow. - Process Development
Create and maintain project documentation, desk procedures, and process improvements. Collaborate with the delivery manager to ensure procedural compliance and knowledge transfer. - Project Initiation
Lead SOW review processes, coordinate internal approvals, and facilitate project kickoffs. Establish project governance including RACI matrices, claim codes, and resource allocation. - Reporting & Analytics
Maintain project tracking systems and develop automated reporting solutions. Created Excel dashboard reducing update time by 4 hours weekly while improving data accuracy. - Cross-Functional Coordination
Facilitate technical working sessions, manage risks and issues logs, and coordinate cross-team dependencies. Escalate critical issues through appropriate channels.
