Some projects I managed.
- Tools project - Implement Tools and ServiceNow integration:
Led the implementation of the global monitoring of servers, Network devices and applications, and an integration with ServiceNow in our client environment. Coordinated a 14-person cross-functional team. Delivered a modernized the client's infrastructure, and established a follow-the-sun support model across a global distribited team within 2 years. - AIOps Dashboard project - Internal teams adoption and engagement:
Engaged internal teams in adopting and embedding Kyndryl's AIOps Dashboard into daily processes. Coordinated daily stand-ups, assigned activities. Organized leadership presentation highlighting dashboard's features and benefits. - Office move in Australia:
Managed the network and server activities of an office move in Melbourne, Australia, Coordinated the work of 2 teams, and the on-site network activities. Delivered a fully-functional office space for the client's employees. - Thousand Eyes Single Sign-on Integration:
Led the Thousand Eyes Single Sign-on Integration. Meet with Client OKTA Team to configure requirements within Thousand Eyes. Coordinated the work between the client OKTA team and our network engineer. Delivered the design and documentation of the SSO solution for ThousandEyes. - Tech refresh in EMEA:
Oversaw resource allocation and expenses in the EMEA network hardware refresh across 14 sites. Tracked network engineer hours, validated expenses and processed PCRs. Maintained financial compliance throughout the completion all site upgrades. - DR Testing Exercise:
Orchestrated multi-team DR testing exercise for key client applications. Coordinated 5 technical teams through failover procedures. Successfully validated disaster recovery readiness for critical client applications. - Admin IDs for Server Admins:
Led team of Active Directory professionals to improve server security. Coordinated the efforts to have dedicated admin accounts to access servers. Enhanced security posture by implementing proper administrative access controls. - TSC ePro Support:
Oversaw Service Desk activities to transition ePro tool, creating knowledge materials and agent training programs. Ensured staggered workshop schedule, minimizing SLA impact. Successfully prepared Service Desk for go-live deployment. - ADFS Removal from O365 Authentication:
Led O365 authentication migration replacing ADFS with Okta federation across multi-platform environment. Coordinated work for lab and production testing phases. Completed seamless cutover with zero authentication disruptions. - Global implementation and rollout of Splunk:
Orchestrated global Splunk agent deployment across customer server infrastructure using SCCM automation. Oversaw team's timely validation, installation and updated build procedures. Ensured standardized monitoring capabilities for existing and all new server builds. - Get to Green Initiative:
Led initiative to improved client satisfaction by migrating 1000+ knowledge articles to IBM CKM platform. Oversaw the mplemention of an automated script solution reducing transfer time. Completed migration ahead of time.
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Initiatives
As the HSSSE Manager (HSSE = Health, Safety, Security and Environment), I had an incredible opportunity to create educational materials covering safety and security.
These are some of the initiatives I executed and some ideas I brought forward:
- HSSE Token:
Launched safety engagement initiative tracking weekly near-miss reporting against targets. Motivated employees to exceed goals through coaching programs. Increased safety awareness and proactive hazard identification across sites. - Newsletter in MS Sway:
Created compelling safety newsletter using MS Sway to boost employee engagement. Integrated trivia games and safety tips format. Enhanced safety culture participation through gamified educational content. - Smartphone/Tablet near miss app:
Conceptualized mobile app solution addressing field reporting barriers for near-miss incidents. Designed detailed mockups and user experience workflows. Earned IBM Manager's Choice Award for innovation in the approach to safety reporting challenges. - Safety walkthrough:
Instructed IBM employees and contractors in conducting comprehensive safety assessments for across office environments. Ensured the dentification and mitigation/elimination of workplace hazards using OHS expertise. Prevented potential accidents through proactive risk removal. - Hazard Identification and Task Risk Assessment training:
Assessed and provided OHS expertize to over 20 IT deskside technicians and team leads on task risk assessments. Assisted in the creation of systematic hazard identification documentation processes. Established proactive risk mitigation protocols for technical work activities.
